All new dealers are provided with 3 months free, no obligation use of all WatchChoice.com benefits. You are able to advertise and manage as many watches as you wish. You can add, edit or remove listings using the easy management tools provided in your dealer account.

As part of your dealer registration, you can upload your company logo along with a description of your business. Visitors to the site will be able to easily search your entire inventory through your own mini-website on WatchChoice.com.

If you have a large inventory of watches to list on the site, we have a number of uploading tools to help. See Listing Multiple Watches below.

Before the end of the free trial period, we will email you to remind you your trial period is about to end. The fees that apply to using our service are based Watch Choice delivering potential buyers to you. See Dealer Listing Fees below.

Dealer Fees for Watch Choice

The cost of increasing your online presence of your luxury watches on Watch Choice is extremely competitive and is tied to Watch Choice delivering potential sales to you. You pay a low flat monthly fee. Buyer Action fees only apply to potential sales Watch Choice passes to you. And up to the first US $25.00 of Buyer Action fees each month are free, as are Telephone Enquiries from potential buyers.

Why are Watch Choice Buyer Actions so valuable to you?
Watch Choice delivers you sales opportunities that are more targeted and have many advantages over pay per click marketing campaigns or comparison shopping websites.

When a potential buyer uses the Watch Choice Contact Seller or Buy It Now actions, they are coming to you from a website that is dedicated to buyers of luxury watches. They have been able to browse and compare from thousands of luxury watches, including new and pre-owned luxury watches as well as quality vintage watches. From all the watches shown on Watch Choice, they have chosen to take a pre-purchase action for one of your watches - this is not simply a curiosity click.

What is a Contact Seller Buyer Action?
The Contact Seller Buyer Action is an email enquiry to you regarding a specific watch and allows you to communicate directly with the potential buyer. The buyer also has the option of providing their telephone number to you.

What is a Buy It Now Buyer Action?
This action is a direct link to the specific watch on your website. We believe it is obvious to the potential buyer what the Buy It Now button means. Watch Choice does not consider a Buy It Now action chargeable until the potential buyer has accepted a prompt to leave Watch Choice and go to your website. Buy It Now links are only displayed when you have provided us with the full URL address for each of your watches.

Buyer Actions Fees

Contact Seller Fee
You will incur a fee of US $2.00 for every email sent to you by a potential buyer using the Watch Choice Contact Seller email service.

Buy It Now Fee
You will incur a fee of US $1.00 for every potential buyer who uses the Watch Choice Buy It Now link to exit Watch Choice and is directed to your website.

Telephone Enquiry Fee
Free. Your telephone number is displayed for each of your listings. Any telephone enquiries you receive from potential buyers are free of charge.

All packages include your own page within WatchChoice.com with your name and company logo. You can tell buyers about your business and all watches you have for sale on WatchChoice.com will be shown here.

Payment options
We will email you an invoice at the end of each calendar month setting out the fees payable - monthly membership fee and the details and cost of the Contact Seller Buyer Actions you have received. If applicable, we will also show details and cost of the Buy It Now Buyer Actions for the month. The payment methods available are Paypal, Visa or Mastercard credit cards.

Dealer Registration
To take up the free trial, you need to register as a Dealer. Registration is quick & easy. Click on Sign Up and be sure to check "I wish to sell online". Select the seller type "Dealer" and complete your contact details. If you want, you can upload your company logo and a company a description. These details will appear on your own mini-site within WatchChoice.com.

Listing Watches
To upload your watch inventory one at a time, you can click on Sell a Watch at the top of any page. You will need to be logged in before you can sell a watch. Then follow the simple 3 step process.

The 3 Step Process This will take you through a simple 3 step process where you can describe the watch you want to sell, upload up to 5 images per listing then confirm your listing. Your watch will be submitted for immediate sale on WatchChoice.com. If you have a large quantity of watches to list, see Listing Multiple Watches below.

Listing Multiple Watches
There are a number of ways to list large quantities of watches.

Multi-description Listing Tool
The Multi-listing Description Tool allows you to complete the first listing step (the watch description) for multiple watches and submit for listing. The tool uses a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. Up to 200 descriptions can be added to the tool at any one time. Once you have submitted the watch descriptions, you can attach up to 5 images per listing. A useful help file is included with the download of the tool.
Bulk Listings - Over 50 Watches
If you have over 50 watches to list, we can assist you to load your images for each listing. You can use a specific version of the Multi-listing Description Tool (NOT available for download) to provide all the watch descriptions. We will supply you with an FTP address where you can upload your images and we will attach them to your descriptions and list them on the site. Please email us at sellers@watchchoice.com to request to use this option and we will provide you with the details.
Automatic Synchronization – Over 100 Watches
This option is offered to dealers who regularly have more than 100 watches for sale. Depending on the structure of your own website, it may be possible for WatchChoice.com to program automatic synchronization of your website’s watch inventory directly to WatchChoice.com’s inventory. Managing Listings
Manage your listings by logging into your Profile. You can make as many changes to your listings as you like including changing the description or the price of the watch. When you have sold the watch, simply remove the listing.
