How do I create a Wish List?
To create a wish list you must be a Registered User. Once you have logged in, you can start creating your Wish List by clicking on Add Item to Wish List in the detail view of each watch listing. You can manage your Wish List from your user Profile.
How do I sell a watch?
To sell a watch, you must be a registered user and have selected to sell online. Click on Sell a Watch in the tool bar, and follow the three easy steps to list a watch. If you are a dealer and have multiple watches to list, click on Dealer Info on the tool bar for the multiple listing tools available.
How does Buy It Now work?
When you are in the Detail view of a watch listing, you may see a link called Buy It Now under the price of the watch. If the seller of this watch has a shopping cart on their site, you can click on the Buy It Now link and be directed to the watch listing on the Sellers own website. Here you will be able to purchase the watch directly through the Seller. If there is no Buy It Now link for a listing, you can use Contact Seller to contact via email or telephone them using the number displayed (don't forget to take into account the time zone of the Seller).
What does "Flag as Offensive" do?
There are lots of photos on Watchchoice.com! If you come across photos that you don't like, or that offend you in some way you can alert them to us and we will remove any offensive images.
What information about me is disclosed to sellers?
If you enquire about a watch listed on the site through the Contact Seller function, we only supply the seller with the email address you have recorded in your Profile.
What is a Certified Dealer?
When you see the Certified Dealer logo above a dealer's contact information, it means they meet all of the following certification criteria: - Has listed watches for sale with Watch Choice for at least 6 months - Has no unresolved complaints or disputes that Watch Choice is aware of. - Has no outstanding payments in dispute with Watch Choice. - Has details regarding their email address, phone number and physical location on their website. - Advises buyers on their website of the warranty and return policy that applies to the watches they are selling. You should note: Watch Choice does not guarantee the quality of any items bought or sold through the site. The terms and conditions of the sale are the responsibilities of the buyer and the seller, not Watch Choice.
What is the difference between a dealer and a private seller?
Dealers sell watches for commercial purposes and often have many watches listed on WatchChoice.com. Private sellers are individuals who are usually selling a watch from their own personal collection.
Why are there two prices shown for a watch listing?
If you have not logged into your user account, the first price shown is the approximate price of the watch in US dollars. The second price shown is the price of the watch in the currency it was listed in by the seller (if it was listed in USD, only one price will show). If you are logged into your user account and have set your preferred currency, the first price will be the approximate price of the watch in your preferred currency and the second price will be the price in the currency the seller listed the watch.
Why can't I find the brand I'm looking for?
When you click on the brand field in a search, only the brands that have a watch listed on the site are displayed - along with the number of watches listed in brackets alongside the brand name.
Why doesn't this listing have a Buy It Now link?
Buy It Now links are only displayed for listings where the Seller of the watch has an online shopping cart facility on their own website. If a Buy It Now link is not displayed, you can use the Contact Seller link to email the Seller or telephone using the number displayed (don't forget to take into account the time zone of the Seller you are calling).
How can I pay my listing fees?
A month after the end of the free trial period, WatchChoice.com will email dealers an invoice. Payment is accepted by Paypal, Visa or Mastercard in either US Dollars or Euros.
How do I contact a seller?
